AACo is one of Australia’s largest premium Wagyu producers, operating across Asia, the US, Australia and New Zealand. I helped transform a complex global portfolio into a clear, premium Wagyu brand system.

THE CHALLENGE
Multiple brands, inconsistent positioning, and no clear, unified story across markets.

WHAT I DID
Led brand strategy, portfolio architecture and global positioning across key markets. Defined distinct roles for each brand, clarified value propositions, and built a cohesive premium narrative that could scale internationally.

OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN FOUNDATION — LAUNCH & GLOBAL IMPACT

I had the incredible opportunity to work directly with Dame Olivia Newton-John alongside her board and leadership team to establish a new charitable foundation focused on cancer wellness, research and care.

THE CHALLENGE
Build a new foundation from the ground up with a clear purpose, strong emotional connection, and global relevance.

WHAT I DID
Shaped the brand strategy, positioning and launch approach. Worked closely with the board and leadership team to define the narrative, engagement model and fundraising platform.

IMPACT
Surpassed impact targets by 1.5x in the first year and generated over 100 million global impressions, driving awareness, engagement and donations at scale.

OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN CANCER RESEARCH INSTITUTE

ONJCRI — ORGANISATIONAL & BRAND TRANSFORMATION

ONJCRI is a leading independent medical research institute, dedicated to discovering and translating innovative cancer treatments and diagnostics that improve outcomes for all people affected by cancer. I worked with the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute across a major period of transformation.

THE CHALLENGE
A highly respected organisation with strong purpose, but a fragmented brand, limited marketing structure, and an opportunity to redefine its future role.
